INSTRUCTOR SHOWCASE

We are excited to be hosting our second annual instructor showcase. The instructor show will take place right before our glow flow event. Doors will open at 6pm and the show will start at 6:30pm. The show will run approximately 1 hour.

Because the Glow Flow will be taking place right after the show, we will not be setting up chairs so please be prepared to sit on the floor.

GLOW FLOW DESCRIPTION (Blacklight event)

This is an open-house event; no formal instruction will be given but studio staff will be on site. We will have the aerial room set up with a variety of apparatus for participants to use. We will also have our pole and dance room available for use.  

Glow Flow Details

• The event will be from 7:30pm to 9:30

• Cost $15 per person

• This is an open house event, everyone is welcome!

• We encourage everyone to wear UV reactive clothing

• Please note: If you are planning to use the poles or aerial equipment, we ask that you wear athletic type clothing. Any metal (zippers, metal buttons, jewelry, etc.) can damage the equipment.

• All attendees must complete our online activity waiver prior to participating in the event.

During Glow Flow, we’re excited to welcome Randy, a certified massage therapist and member of the Vibe community. Randy will be set up in the dance room offering 10–15 minute trigger point sessions to help you relax, release tension, and stay in your flow. Sessions are available by donation, paid directly to Randy on the day of the event.

About Randy
Randy is a certified massage therapist serving the Fair Oaks area, with training that began in 2015/2016 in Sonoma County through the NHI program. Inspired by a passion for healing, they continued their education in NHI’s advanced program in Emeryville. Randy is dedicated to providing holistic, therapeutic touch for those seeking balance, relief, and restoration. Now returning to offering sessions, they are excited to reconnect with the community. If you feel Randy may be the right therapist for you, they welcome you to reach out to schedule a session—and if not, they’re happy to help guide you toward a therapist who fits your needs.

COST & REGISTRATION

Each event (Show & Glow Flow) costs $15, and requires separate registration. If you purchased a ticket for the instructor showcase use coupon code GLOWFLOW for $5 off your Glow Flow registration

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds can ONLY be issued if you cancel at least 72 hours prior to the event. You must email the studio at vibeaerialarts@gmail.com to have the refund processed. Refunds can take 3-7 business days to complete.

SHOW TICKETS: All show tickets are e-tickets, and your tickets will be at will call on the day of the show. Please be prepared to provide the purchasers’ name (first/last) and show your confirmation email from Acuity.

 GLOW FLOW REGISTRATION: Once you have completed the registration process you will be sent a confirmation email from Acuity. On the day of the event please be prepared to provide the attendee’s name (first/last) and your confirmation email from Acuity.
