Kids Aerial Classes
Age Requirements
All our Kids classes are for ages 8 – 17.
Students must be 8 years, or older, at the time of registration.
General Information
All our kids’ classes are for kids ages (8 to 17) and are offered monthly. We offer a beginner, intermediate, and advanced level course each month. Registration for the silk course opens on the 15th of the month prior. For example, the February course will open for registration on January 15th.
Each course will be three weeks long and then week fours is a makeup / drop in week. If you miss one of the classes (weeks 1 -3) then you can register to attend week four at no additional cost. If you do not miss any classes (weeks 1 -3) you can still attend week 4, you would just pay a drop-in fee.
For our silks course, pop-up classes, and workshops, we do require a minimum of three students to host the class. If class minimums are not met participants will be notified and either rescheduled or refunded.
Silks Courses
Payment is collected as part of the registration process (you do not need to purchase class passes) and activity waivers must be completed prior to the student’s first class.
When you register for the three-week course, you will automatically be enrolled in all three consecutive weeks for the month you are registering for.
Each three-week course has one make-up class included. The make-up class will be offered the week after the course ends (week 4) and must be used in the same month as the missed class.
Make-up classes cannot be used for any other class type or service.
If a student misses more than one class, there is no refund or partial credit for the second class missed.
Parents are welcome to stay and observe their child during all kids’ classes.
Advanced registration is required for all kids’ classes, workshops, and courses.
Drop-In Class
Week four of each month is our makeup / drop-in class. You can attend week four without having participated in the three-week course. Payment is taken at the time of registration, and all attendees must complete our activity waiver prior to their first class.
Pop-Up Classes & Workshops
We offer pop-up classes and workshops throughout the year. Our pop-up classes and workshops are offered on an individual basis. For our kids’ workshops we offer both kids and family classes (see induvial workshop for details).
For pop-up classes and workshops, we do require a minimum of three students to host the class. If class minimums are not met participants will be notified and either rescheduled or refunded.
Registration & Payment
Advanced registration is required for all kids’ classes, workshops, and courses.
Registration for our three-week course opens on the 15th of the prior month.
We offer our three-week silk course every month except in November and December. Due to the holidays we offer drop-in classes instead of the course.
Workshops open for registration 30 days prior to the event.
Payment is collected at the time of registration. Our scheduling system will automatically ask for payment as part of the booking process.
All participants must complete our online Activity Waiver prior to attending their first class.
Cancelations
If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 72 hours prior for all our four-week courses and workshops. For pop-up class the cancelation period is 24 hours prior to the class taking place.
There are no refunds or partial credits after the cancelation period.
For our four-week course there are no make-up classes or partial refunds if you miss a class.
