General Show Information

This year marks Vibe’s 7th Annual Student Showcase, and we can’t wait to see the incredible performances our students create!

Our theme this year is Jungle Dreams. This is a chance to explore the wild, mysterious, and magical side of the jungle. Whether you’re embodying a powerful rainstorm, moving like a jungle creature, or finding your own unique interpretation of the theme, we want to see your creativity come to life.

For this showcase, your visual presentation, costume, movement style, and overall performance concept should connect to the Jungle theme. Your music should support and enhance your routine, helping bring your story and performance vision together.

This year we will have four showcase performances, giving you plenty of opportunities to invite your friends and family to come cheer you on. All performances will be held at the studio.

The studio will host open rehearsal times for all registered performers to help you prepare and create your act. Rehearsals will begin August 1st and will take place on Saturday afternoons from 12:15pm–3:00pm. These rehearsal times are reserved exclusively for showcase performers so you have dedicated time and space to develop your routine.

Please note that this showcase is designed for our adult students. All performers must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.

Important Dates

Show Dates: October 8th, 9th, & 10th

• Please note there will be two shows on Saturday the 10th one at 2pm and one at 7pm

Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: October 5th & 6th

Showcase Timeline

• August 15th, 2026 — Music & Costume Concept Due
  Submit your chosen music and overall costume/performance concept.

• September 1st, 2026 — First Routine Viewing Due
  Submit a routine preview in person or by video. This does not need to be your full routine.

• September 15th, 2026 — Full Routine & Prop List Due
  Submit your completed routine and any planned props in person or by video.

• September 30th, 2026 — Lighting & Announcement Information Due
  Submit any lighting requests, performance notes, and announcement details.

Registration Information

Registration Opens: July 1st, 2026
Registration Closes: July 15th, 2026

Each routine will need to submit one registration form — this is per routine, not per performer. If you are performing a duet or group act, your routine will only need to register one time.

A non-refundable $30 registration fee is required per routine. This fee is not based on the number of showcase dates you perform in — if you perform the same routine in multiple shows, you only pay the registration fee once.

During registration, performers will select the showcase dates they are available to perform. You are not required to perform in all four shows.

Each performer must also complete the studio’s general activity waiver before participating.
