November Photo Shoot with Tony
ABOUT TONY
My name is Tony Nguyen. I am a dancer, aspiring chef, and of course, photographer. I love to eat all types of cuisine, especially Vietnamese, and cannot wait to see where my camera takes me around the world.
I never planned to do photography professionally in my life adventures, but somehow the universe guided me down this wonderful path. What started as a class in college became a hobby, that eventually turned into a full-fledged business where I photograph anything involving people. I am most passionate about photographing weddings, high school seniors, and especially dancers. I am based in Northern California and would love to capture you in your most treasured memories anywhere around the globe.
WHAT TO EXPECT
On Saturday, we’ll be shooting pole photos and Sunday will be dedicated to aerial photos (silks, lyra, hammock, trapeze, etc.).
For the aerial shoot, you’re welcome to use more than one apparatus as long as you stay within your 50-minute time slot. For the pole shoot the apparatus will not be changed, so it will only be pole on Saturday.
If you’d like photos from Pole and Aerial, you’ll need to register for each category separately. Each category requires its own payment, but you’ll receive an additional 50-minute session per category and additional edits.
Participants are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes prior to their scheduled time slot to warm up. The dance room will be available for individuals that would like to arrive early.
We will be using a black backdrop with a mirrored floor and colored lighting, please plan costumes accordingly.
Prepare for Your Photoshoot
Get camera-ready before the big day! Join our Photo Shoot Prep classes on Friday, November 6, from 6:15–7:30 PM. Choose either the pole or aerial session, and our instructors will help you select, refine, and polish your poses so you feel confident in front of the camera.
Registration for the Photo Shoot Prep classes opens October 23 at 6:15 PM. The prep class requires a separate registration and is not included with photoshoot registration. Students can register through our standard class booking page and may use class passes or memberships to attend the posing pop-up class.
COST
$150 per person for a 50 minute time slot and 5 edited photos of your choosing
You can order additional pictures from Tony at a cost to you.

HOW TO PAY
Everyone must pay Tony to secure their spot. Payments are due at the time of booking. Appointments made and not paid with in 24 hours will be canceled. You can pay with cash or Venmo. Cash can be dropped off at the studio

REGISTRATION
Registration will stay open until 24 hours prior to the shoot. If you need to cancel you must notify the studio at least 72 hours in advance. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits after the 72 hour period.
Once you register for a time slot you will not be able to make changes so please make sure you are available
Photo shoot registration opens exactly 30 days before your scheduled session and is time-specific. Registration for each session opens at the same time as the session itself. For example, if you would like to book the 9:00 AM Pole Photoshoot, registration will open at 9:00 AM on October 15.
