General Show Information

This year will be Vibe’s 6th annual student showcase and we can’t wait to see what everyone creates. This years show theme is classic Musical Pop Icons. This is your chance to take all of those chart topping hits and embody your favorite musical artist.

We will have four shows this year so there will be plenty of opportunities to have all your friends and family come see you. All performances will be held at the studio.

The studio will host open rehearsal times for all registered performers. Rehearsals will start on August 2nd and will be on Saturday afternoons from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. These times will only be for performers to ensure you have plenty of time to create your act.

Please note that this showcase is for our adult students. All performers must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.

Important Dates

Show Date: October 9th, 10th, & 11th

• Please note there will be two shows on Saturday the 11th one at 2pm and one at 7pm

Mandatory Dress Rehearsal: October 6th & 7th

Additional Dates to Note

• Music and costume concept is due on or before August 15th, 2025

• First viewing of your routine is due on or before September 1st, 2025 (This can be in-person or a video submission. This does not have to be your full routine).

• Full Routine and prop list is due on or before September 15th, 2025  (This can be in-person or a video submission).

• Lighting and announcement information is due on or before September 30th, 2025

Registration Information

Each routine will need to submit one registration form. This is per routine not per person. If you are performing a duet or group act, you will only need to register one time. Please note that there is a non-refundable $30 registration fee per routine.

• Each performer will need to complete the studios general activity waiver.

Registration will open on July 1st and close on July 15th.
